While we welcome walk-ins for minor inspections (like fluid levels or tyre pressure checks), we highly recommend booking an appointment for computer diagnostics, suspension diagnostics, or scheduled servicing to minimize your wait time.

Can I wait at the workshop while my vehicle is serviced?

Yes, Vellore Auto Garage features a comfortable guest waiting lounge with air conditioning, seating, and Wi-Fi where you can relax while our technicians work on your vehicle.

What payment methods do you accept at the garage?

We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, UPI payments (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), and direct bank transfers for your convenience.

How long does a general diagnostics session take?

A standard computerized scan and diagnostic health check takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes, after which our service advisor will explain any trouble codes found.
